Confession

I think I’m supposed to post my reveal of my February 12×12 journal quilt tomorrow.

Considering I still have no clue what I’m doing for February’s journal quilt that’s going to be tough.  I have a sketch or 10, but I just haven’t been able to make up my mind and DO something.

Phooey.  So much for that goal (i.e. getting these done on time each month…).  Well, I’ll pick myself up, dust myself off, and see what I can accomplish tomorrow.  Depends on the weather.  It may or may not snow, and if it doesn’t snow, I’ll be heading out of town for part of the day.

Speaking of journal quilts, my mom has started making them, and one of these days I’m going to help her start a blog so she can show them off.  Her first one was cool, and the second involves some freeform knitting, which I’m anxious to see….

Charming

I am vaguely fascinated by these little charms I have seen online (and that I have occasionally been messing around with) lately.

I’ve made a couple in the 1 inch size, and a few in the 2 inch size.  It’s interesting to work that small.

I found a blog a couple of days ago — this artist is making paper charms — her goal is to make 1000 1 inch charms on 2007.
